का.आ. 182( अ) , केन्द्र सरकार , सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 2 ( ग ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , और दिनांक 28 जुलाई , 2010 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय में श्री विकास , निदेशक , श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय को इस मंत्रालय और इस मंत्रालय के संरक्षण के अधीन संवद्ध कार्यालयों/स्वायत्त संगठनों के संबंध में नोडल अधिकारी के रूप में नामोद्दिष्ट करती है और वह इस मंत्रालय के संरक्षण के अधीन सरकारी प्राधिकारियों द्वारा की गई सभी कार्रवाइयों का समन्वयन भी करेंगे तथा उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ कार्य कर रहे केन्द्रीय जन सूचना अधिकारियों ( सीपीआईओ ) तथा सहायक केन्द्रीय जन सूचना अधिकारियों ( एसीपीआईओ ) को नामोद्दिष्ट करने के बारे में श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत सरकारी प्राधिकारियों द्वारा की गई कार्रवाइयों का समन्वय भी करेंगे ।
2. नोडल अधिकारी के साथ आरटीआई एवं विधि प्रकोष्ठ सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम , 2005 के अंतर्गत सभी केन्द्रीय जन सूचना अधिकारियों की तरफ से अनुरोधों को प्राप्त करने हेतु प्राधिकार के साथ केन्द्रीय बिन्दु होंगे तथा उन्हें संबंधित जन सूचना अधिकारी को अग्रेषित करेंगे । श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय ( मुख्य सचिवालय ) से संबंधित सूचना प्राप्त करने हेतु अनुरोध धारा 6 को उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत उचित रसीद के माध्यम से नकद अथवा वेतन एवं लेखा अधिकारी ( मुख्य सचिवालय ) , श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय को देय डिमांड ड्राफ्ट अथवा बैंकर्स चैक अथवा भारतीय पोस्टल आर्डर द्वारा दस ( 10 ) रुपये के आवेदन शुल्क के साथ सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम , 2005 के अंतर्गत नोडल अधिकारी /निदेशक श्री विकास , श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय , श्रम शक्ति भवन , रफी मार्ग , नई दिल्ली -110001 को भेजे जाएं ।
3. श्री एस . के. देव वर्मन , संयुक्त सचिव , भारत सरकार तुरंत प्रभाव से तथा अगले आदेशों तक श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय ( मुख्य सचिवालय ) के संबंध में सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम , 2005 की धारा 19 ( 1 ) के प्रयोजनार्थ वरिष्ठ अधिकारी होंगे ।
4. इसे सचिव , श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय का अनुमोदन प्राप्त है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th January, 2011
S.O. 182 ( E ) .-- In exercise of powers conferred under Section 5 ( 1 ) read with Section 2 (C ) of the Right to Information Act , 2005 ( No. 22 of 2005 ) and in supersession of Notification of even number dated 28th July, 2010 , the Central Government in the Ministry of Labour and Employment designate Shri Vikas , Director , Ministry of Labour and Employment as Nodal Officer for the purpose of Right to Information Act , 2005 in respect to this Ministry and Attached offices / Autonomous organizations under the aegis of this Ministry and will also co - ordinate ali actions taken up by the public authorities under the aegis of this Ministry and will also co - ordinate all actions taken up by the public authorities under the Ministry of Labour and Employment regarding designating the CPIOs and ACPIOs for carrying out the purpose of the said act .
2. RTI and Legal Cell along with the Nodal Officer will be the Central point with the authority to receive the requests under the RTI Act , 2005 on behalf of all CPIOs and forward the same to the concerned CPIO . A request for obtaining information pertaining to Ministry of Labour and Employment ( Main Sectt . ) under sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 6 shall be accompanied by an application fee of Rupees ten ( 10 ) by way of cash through proper receipt or by Demand Drafi or Bankers Cheque or Indian Postal Order payable to PAO( MS ) , Ministry of Labour and Employment and sent to Shri Vikas , Director /Nodal Officer under the RTI Act, 2005 , Ministry of Labour and Employment , Shram Shakti Bhavan , Rati Marg , New Delhi - 110001.
3. Shri S.K. Dev Verman , Joint Secretary to the Government of India shall be Senior Officer for the purpose of Section 19 ( 1 ) of the Right to Information Act , 2005 with respect to Ministry of Labour and Employment ( Main Sectt . ) , with immediate effect and until further orders.
4. This has the approval of Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Employment .
