The Central Govt, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building, maintenance, management and operation of new four iane Elevated Road from Chennai Port to Maduravoyal (NH No.4)on the stretch of land from Km 13.800 to Km 15.340 in Arumbakkam and Koyambedu Villages of Egmore-Nungambakkam Taluk, Chennai District in the State of Tamil Nadu, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
