'का.आ. 210(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, विधिक माप विज्ञान अधिनियम , 2009 ( 2010 का 1 ) की धारा 1 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप -खण्ड ( ii ) में तारीख 1 जनवरी , 2011 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय , उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1 (अ ) , तारीख 31 दिसम्बर , 2010 को विखण्डित करती है तथा 1 अप्रैल , 2011 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियुक्त करती है जिसको उक्त अधिनियम प्रवृत्त होगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st January, 2011
S.O. 210( E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) of Section I of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 (1 of 2010) , the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofConsumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution , Department ofConsumer Affairs , number S.O. 1 (E) , dated the31st December, 2010, published in the Gazette of India, Part II , Section 3 , sub- section ( ii ), dated the 1st January, 2011 , hereby appoints the 1st day ofApril , 2011 , the date on which the said Act, shall come into force .
