आदेश
New Delhi , the 28th January, 2011 नई दिल्ली , 28 जनवरी , 2011
S.O. 212(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Newsprint Control Order,2004 , namely:-
का.आ. 212 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग विकास और विनियमन अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 छ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , न्यूजप्रिंट नियंत्रण आदेश , 2004 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है , अर्थात्:-
1. (1 ) This Order may be called the Newsprint Control (Amendment ) Order, 2010.
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश को न्यूजप्रिंट नियंत्रण ( संशोधन ) आदेश , 2010 कहा जाए ।
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
होगा । (2 ) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त
2. In the Newsprint Control Order , 2004, in the Schedule ,-
2. न्यूजप्रिंट नियंत्रण आदेश , 2004 कीअनुसूची में, -
( 1 ) देशी न्यूजप्रिंट विर्निमाताओं की मिल के नाम और अवस्थितिसे संबंधित मद 4 में, क्रम सं. 110 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्:
(1) In item 4 relating to the name of the Mill and Location of the indigenous newsprint manufacturers , after S.No. 110 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be added, namely:-
" 111. M/ s . Chamunda Papers Private Limited, Dheerkhera Industrial Estate Meerut Road, Hapur-245101 in the State of Uttar Pradesh . " " 111. मैसर्स चामुण्डा पेपर्स प्राईवेट लिमिटेड, धीरखेडा औद्योगिक क्षेत्र , मेरठ रोड , हापुड -245101 उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य । "
