का.आ. 217 (अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार , विक्रय संवर्द्धन कर्मचारी (सेवा शर्त ) अधिनियम , 1976 ( 1976 का 11 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उद्योग की प्रकृति , विक्रय या कारोबार अथवा दोनों के संवर्द्धन से संबंधित किसी संकर्म को करने के लिए ऐसे उद्योग में नियोजित कर्मचारियों की संख्या, ऐसे कर्मचारियों कीसेवा की शर्तें तथा ऐसे अन्य कारकों को जो उसकी राय में सुसंगत हैं, को ध्यान में रखते हुए उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए , इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से निम्नलिखित उद्योगों को अधिसूचित करती है, अर्थात् :-
1. प्रसाधन , साबुन , घरेलू मार्जक और विसंक्रामक
2. तैयार वस्त्र
3. मृदु पेय विनिर्माण उद्योग
4. बिस्किट और कन्फेक्शनरी
5. आयुर्वेदिक , यूनानी और होम्योपैथिक औषधियाँ
6. उपसाधन और अतिरिक्त पुर्जों सहित आटोमोबाईल
7. शल्य चिकित्सा उपस्कर , कृत्रिम प्रोस्थैसिस और डायग्नोस्टिक्स
8 इलैक्ट्रानिक्स, उपसाधन और अतिरिक्त पुर्जों सहित कम्प्यूटर्स
9. विद्युत साधित्र
10. पेंट और वार्निश

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st January, 2011
S.O. 217 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Sales Promotion Employees (Conditions ofService) Act , 1976 ( 11 of 1976) , the Central Government , having regard to the nature of the industry, the number of employees employed in such industry to do any work relating to promotion of sales or business or both , the conditions of service of such employees and such other factors which in its opinion are relevant , hereby declare the following industries to be a notified for the purposes of the saidAct, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , namely :--
1. Cosmetics , soaps , household clearners and disinfectants .
2. Readymade garments .
3. Soft drink manufacturing industries .
4. Biscuits and confectioneries .
5. Ayurvedic , Unani and Homoeopathic Medicines .
6. Automobiles including accessories and spare parts .
7. Surgical equipments , artificial prosthesis and diagnostics.
8. Electronics , computers including accessories and spares.
9. Electrical appliances .
10. Paints and varnishes .
