सा.का.नि. 60 (अ) , सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ [ दक्षिण - पूर्व एशियाई राष्ट्र संघ ( आसियान ) के सदस्य राष्ट्रों की सरकारों एवं भारत गणराज्य के बीच अधिमान्य व्यापार करार के अंतर्गत माल के उद्भव का अवधारण ] नियमावली , 2009 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , नामतः :-
1. इन नियमों को सीमा- शुल्क [ दक्षिण- पूर्व एशियाई राष्ट्र संघ ( आसियान ) के सदस्य राष्ट्रों की सरकारों एवं भारत गणराज्य के बीच अधिमान्य व्यापार करार के अंतर्गत माल के उद्भष का अवधारण ] पहला संशोधन नियमावली , 2011 कहा जाएगा ।
2. सीमा- शुल्क टैरिफ [ दक्षिण-पूर्व एशियाई राष्ट्र संघ ( आसियान ) के सदस्य राष्ट्रों की सरकारों एवं भारत गणराज्य के बीच अधिमान्य व्यापार करार के अंतर्गत माल के उद्भव का अवधारण] नियमावली , 2009 में अनुबंध- IV , में क्रम संख्या 7 के बाद निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या

टिप्पणी :-मूल नियम जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( i ) में सं. सा.का.नि. 937 ( अ ) , तारीख 31 दिसम्बर, 2009 के तहत प्रकाशित किए गए थे और बाद में उसमें सं. सा.का.नि. 41 ( अ ) , दिनांक 19 जनवरी , 2010 , सं. सा.का.नि. 456( अ ) , दिनांक 31 मई, 2010 , सं सा.का.नि. 790(अ ) , दिनांक 30 सितम्बर , 2010 और सं सा.का.नि. 883 ( अ ) , दिनांक 3 नवम्बर, 2010 के तहत संशोधन किया गया था ।

GS.R. 60( E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by san section ( 1 ) of Section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Customs Tariff [Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between the Governments of Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Republic of India ] Rules , 2009, namely:--
1. These rules may be called the Customs Tariff [Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between the Governments of Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN ) and the Republic of India ] First Amendment Rules , 2011 .
2. In the Customs Tariff [ Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between the Governments ofMember States ofthe Association of Southeast Asian Nations ( ASEAN ) and the Republic of India ] Rules, 2009, in Annexure TV, after Sl . No. 7, the following Sl . No. and entry shall be inserted , namely : ---
