नई दिल्ली, 31 जनवरी , 2011 का.आ. 235(अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम , 1989 (1989 का 24 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( 37 क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से पश्चिमी बंगाल राज्य में गार्डनरीच , मीतियाबुजं (8.8 कि.मी. ) के रास्ते रीमाउंट रोड से संतोषपुर तक सर्कुलर रेलवे के संनिर्माण को एतद्वारा विशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है ।

New Delhi , the 31st January, 2011
S.O. 235 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37 A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) , the Central Government hereby notifies the construction of Circular Railway from Remount Roadto Santoshpur via Garden Reach , Metiabruz (8.8 km ) in the State ofWest Bengal as Special Railway Project with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
