का.आ. 248(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् (निर्वाचन ) नियमावली , 1975 के नियम 2 के खण्ड ( घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ (3 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को इस सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) की तदनुरूप प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट राज्य की बाबत , उक्त नियमों के प्रयोजनार्थ एतद्वारा रिटर्निंग अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है, अर्थात्:-

S.O. 248(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules , 1975, the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (3) ofthe Table annexed hereto to be the Returning Officer for the purpose ofthe said rules in respect of the State mentioned inthe corresponding entry in column (2 ) of the said Table , namely :--
