New Delhi , the 7th February, 2011 नई दिल्ली, 7 फरवरी , 2011
S.O. 285 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises ( Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants ) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India intheMinistry of Health and Family Welfare published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , sub- section ( ii ) vide number S.O. 124( E) , dated the 29th July, 1999, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in Column ( 1 ) ofthe Table below, being officer of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences , New Delhi , a statutory authority, and being equivalent to the rank of a gazetted officer of Government , to be estate officer for the purpose of the said Act , and defines the local limits of public premises as specified in Column (2) of the said Table , in respect of which , the said estate officer shall exercise the powers conferred , and perform the duties imposed, on estate officers by or under the said Act .
का.आ. 285(अ). सार्वजनिक परिसर ( अनधिकृत कब्जों को हटाया जाना ) अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 40 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और दिनांक 29 जुलाई , 1999 की संख्या का.आ. 124 ( अ) के जरिए इस प्रकार के अधिक्रमण से पहले किए गए अन्य संबंधित अथवा विलोपन किए गए कार्यों के अतिरिक्त भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण के भाग II , खंड 3 की उप - धारा ( ii ) में स्वास्थ्यतथा परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना के अधिक्रमण में केंद्र सरकार सांविधिक प्राधिकरण , अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान , नई दिल्ली के अधिकारी होने और भारत सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी के रैंक के समकक्ष होने के नाते निम्न तालिका के कॉलम ( 1 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ सम्पदा अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और उक्त तालिका के कॉलम ( 2 ) में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट सार्वजनिक परिसरों की स्थानीय सीमाओं कां परिभाषित करती है, जिसके संबंध में उक्त सम्पदा अधिकारी उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत या द्वारा सम्पदा अधिकारियों को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेगा और दिए गए कर्तव्यों का कार्य- निष्पादन करेंगे ।
