का.आ. 271(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 क की उप धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 140( अ ) , तारीख 20 जनवरी , 2010 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( ii ) में तारीख 20 जनवरी , 2010 को प्रकाशित की गई थी , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, गांव " ( 1 ) पेल्लायरनाथम " के सामने , सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 101 /3 बी " के स्थान पर सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 101 /2 बी " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
कोई व्यक्ति, जो इस अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित भूमि में हितबद्ध है, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 ग की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन , मूल अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के उपयोग पर राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर आक्षेप कर सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th February, 2011
S.O. 271 ( E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 140 ( E ) , dated the 20th January, 2010 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, PartII , Section 3 , Sub - section (ii ), dated the 20th January, 2010 namely:
In the Schedule to the said notification, against village " ( 1 ) Pillayarnathem " , for survey number " 101 /3B " the survey number " 101 /2B " shall be substituted.
Any person interested in the land mentioned in this notification may, within twenty - one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , object to the use of such land for this purpose mentioned in the principal notification under sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3C oftheAct.
