का.आ. 276(अ).- भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद् अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का अधिनियम 102 ) की धारा 11 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार , इस बात से संतुष्ट होने के बाद कि ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक है , एतद्वारा रद्दीकरण से पूर्व किए गए या किए जाने के लिए लोप किए गए विषयों के सिवाय 20 फरवरी , 2009 के का. आ. 522 ( अ ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार , स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग ) की अधिसूचना को रद्द करती है ।

New Delhi , the 4th February , 2011
S.O. 276 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 11 of the Indian Medical CouncilAct, 1956 (Act 102 of 1956) , the Central Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare ( Department of Health and Family Welfare ) published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) vide number S.O. 522 ( E ), dated the 20th February, 2009 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
