सा.का.नि. 66 (अ).-लौह अयस्क खान , मैगनीज अयस्क खान और क्रोम अयस्क खान श्रम कल्याण निधि नियम, 1978 का और संशोधन करने के लिए कतिपय नियमों का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप जिसे केन्द्रीय सरकार लौह अयस्क खान , मैगनीज अयस्क खान और क्रोम अयस्क खान श्रम कल्याण निधि अधिनियम , 1976 ( 1976 का 61 ) की धारा 12 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , बनाने का प्रस्ताव करती है, ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए जिनके उनसे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है , प्रकाशित करती है और इसके द्वारा ये सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारूप , उस तारीख से जिसको उक्त अधिसूचना से युक्त राजपत्र की प्रतियां जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती हैं, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से पैंतालीस दिन की अवधि के अवसान के पश्चात् विचार किया जाएगा ।
कोई आक्षेप या सुझाव जो उक्त प्रारूप नियम के संबंध में उपरोक्त विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि के अवसान से पूर्व किसी व्यक्ति से प्राप्त हो सकेंगे , केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विचार किए जाएंगे ।

प्रारूप नियम
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम लौह अयस्क खान , मैगनीज अयस्क खान और क्रोम अयस्क खान श्रम कल्याण निधि ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2011 है ।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में उनके अंतिम प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. लौह अयस्क खान , मैगनीज अयस्क खान और क्रोम अयस्क खान श्रम कल्याण निधि नियम , 1978 में, नियम 34 के उप - नियम ( 2 ) में, खंड ( i ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" ( i ) खान द्वारा उत्पादित लौह अयस्क या मैगनीज अयस्क की बाबत बीस पैसे प्रति टन की दर से शुल्क की रकम , आनुपातिक लागत की वसूली से कम कर सके; या " ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th February, 2011
G.S.R. 66 ( E) . The following draft of certain rules which the Central Government proposes to make further to amend the Iron Ore Mines , Manganese Ore Mines and Chrome Ore Mines Labour Welfare Fund Rules , 1978 , in exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 12 of Iron Ore Mines , Manganese Ore Mines and Chrome Ore Mines Labour Welfare Fund Act , 1976 (61 of 1976 ) , are hereby published for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft rules will be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of a period of forty - five days from the date on which copies of the Official Gazette containing the said notification are made available to the public .
Any objection or suggestion , which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft rules on or before the expiry of the period specified above , will be considered by the Central Government .
The objections or suggestions , if any, may be sent to the Director General ( Labour Welfare ) , Jaisalmer House . Man Singh Road, New Delhi - 110011 .
DRAFT RULES
1. Short title and commencement .-( 1 ) These rules may be called the Iron Ore Mines , Manganese Ore Mines and Chrome Ore Mines Labour Welfare Fund ( Amendment ) Rules , 2011 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Iron Ore Mines , Manganese Ore Mines and Chrome Ore Mines Labour Welfare Fund Rules , 1978 , in rule 34, in sub - rule (2 ) , for clause (i ) , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
"(i ) the amount of duty at the rate of twenty paise per tonne recovered in respect of iron ore or manganese ore produced by the mine less the proportionate cost of recovery ; or "
