का.आ. 278(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , ठेका श्रम ( विनियमन और उत्पादन ) केन्द्रीय अधिनियम , 1970 ( 1970 का 37 ) की धारा 10 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् और उक्त धारा की उपधारा ( 2 ) से प्रगणित ठेका श्रम के लिए कार्य की दशाओं और उपबंधित फायदों तथा अन्य सुसंगत कारकों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट भारतीय खाद्य निगम के गोदामों और डिपों में लदाई, उतराई, चट्टा लगाने , चट्टा हटाने , पुनः चट्टा लगाने , मानकीकरण , तोलने , बुहारने और सफाई करने के काम में ठेका श्रम के नियोजन को प्रतिषिद्ध करती है:-
