Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) number S.O. 234 ( E) , dated the 18th February, 2005. published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , PartII , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 21st February, 2005, namely: -
In the Schedule to the said notification against serial number 3 relating to District " Lalitpur " ,-
(a) Against Tehsil " 1. Talbehat ", in column ( 7) . -
(i) for the entry " Kadheserakala " , the entry "Kadesarakala" shall be substituted :
(ii) for the entry " Targooa " , the entry " Targua " shall be substituted ;
(iii) for the entry " Bamborisar " , the entry "Bamhorisar " shall be substituted ;
(iv) for the entry " Terai Fatak " , the entry " Terai Phatak" shall be substituted ;
का.आ. 293(अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 234 ( अ ) , तारीख 18 फरवरी , 2005 , जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उपः खण्ड ( ii ) में तारीख 21 फरवरी , 2005 को प्रकाशित की गई थी , में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:- उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची के हिन्दी पाठ में , जिला " ललितपुर " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने , तहसील " ( 2 ) ललितपुर " के सामने , स्तम्भ 7 में प्रविष्टि " भौवसिल " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि" भौरसिल " रखी जाएगी ।
(b) Against Tehsil " 2. Lalitpur " , -

(i) for the entry " Nadanwara " , the entry "Nandanwara" shall be substituted :
