New Delhi , the 8th February, 2011 नई दिल्ली, 8 फरवरी , 2011
का.आ. 295(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2083 ( अ) , तारीख 4 दिसम्बर , 2007 , जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( ii ) में तारीख 4 दिसम्बर , 2007 , को प्रकाशित की गई थी , में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
S.O. 295 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways ( Department of Road Transport and Highways ) number S.O. 2083 (E ) , dated the 4th December, 2007, published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub -section ( ii ) , dated the 4thDecember, 2007, namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification , against District "Tiruvallur " , against Taluk " 2. Tiruvallur " , in Column (5) , after entry " ( 9 ) Siruvanoor " , the entry " ( 9A) Palliyaraikuppam " shall be inserted .
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में , जिला " तिरुवल्लुर " के सामने, तालुक " 2. तिरुवल्लुर " के सामने , कॉलम ( 5 ) में , प्रविष्टि " (9 ) सिरुवानुर " के पश्चात् प्रविष्टि " ( 9 क ) पल्लियाराईकुप्पम " अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी ।
