सा.का.नि. 74(अ). महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 (1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा ( i ) के खण्ड ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करके केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय , पत्तन स्कंध की राजपत्र अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 49 ( अ ) , दिनांक 25 जनवरी , 2011 में एक संशोधन करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में चौथी पंक्ति में उल्लिखित तिथि को 31 मार्च , 2012 पढ़ा जाए । क्रम सं. 3 और 4 में नामों को क्रमशः श्री पी. धर्म राज और श्री एस. टी. निदून्सेलिईयन पढ़ा जाए।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 9th February, 2011
GS.R. 74 ( E ) . In exercise of powers conferred by clause ( c) of sub - section ( 1 ) read with sub- section ( 6 ) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 ( 38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby makes an amendment in the Gazette Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Ports Wing No. G. S.R 49 ( F ) , dated 25th January , 2011 .
2. In the said notification the date mentioned in the fourth line may be read as 31st March , 2012. The names at Sl . 3 and 4 may be read as Shri P. Dharma Raj and Shri S.T. Nedunseliian respectively .
