आ.अ. 1 (अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 22 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/हरि. वि.स. 2008 ( 1 ) दिनांक 18 जून , 2008 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग हरियाणा राज्य में संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के रिटर्निंग आफिसर को उसके कृत्यों के निष्पादन में सहायता करने के लिए सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसर की नियुक्ति से संबंधित उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्:-
स्तम्भ ( 2 ) 7 - रोहतक संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने मद सं. (08 ) पर विद्यमान प्रविष्टि अर्थात् " अपर उपायुक्त , झज्जर " के स्थान पर " उप- प्रभागीय अधिकारी ( सिविल ) , बेरी " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

New Delhi, the 27th January, 2011
O.N. 1 (F ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) and in partial modification of its notification No. 434 / IN - LA/2008 ( 1 ) dated 18th June , 2008 , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendments in the table , relating to the appointment of the Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officer of the Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Haryana , namely :-
For the existing entries in cloumn ( 2 ) against 7 - Rohtak Parliamentary Constituency at item No. ( 8 ) " Addl . Deputy Commissioner, Jhajjar " shall be substituted by " Sub- Divisional Officer (Civil) , Beri ".
