का.आ. 312(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व (संशोधन) अधिनियम , 2010 ( 2010 का 36 ) की धारा । की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 10 फरवरी , 2011 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिसको उक्त अधिनियम प्रवृत्त होगा ।

S.O. 312 ( E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 2 ) of section 1 ofthe Representation ofthe People (Amendment) Act , 2010 (36 of 2010 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th day of February, 2011 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
