Act, 1988 (68 of 1988) , the Central Government hereby entrusts the stretches , as specified in column (3 ) of the following Table of the Section as specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table ofthe National Highway as specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 1 ) ofthe said Table, to the National Highways Authority of India, namely :-

का.आ. 313(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1988 ( 1988 का 68 ) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टिमें यथाविनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग की उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ (2 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट सेक्शन के भूखंडों को, जो निम्नलिखित सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट है भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण को सौंपती है, अर्थात्:-

का.आ. 314(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 1096( अ ) , तारीख 4अगस्त, 2005 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-

उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में क्रम सं. 14 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

( पनवेल-इंदापुर ) कोछोड़- कर ] , सं. 50 [ 12.190 कि.मी. से 42.000 कि.मी. ( पुणे- नासिक सेक्शन ) को छोड़कर ] , सं. 204 , सं. 211 और सं. 222 जो महाराष्ट्र राज्य में स्थित है ।

So much of National Highways No. 3 [excluding from Km. 561.0 to Km. 585.0 from Junction with NH4 to Mumbai and from Km. 168.500 to Km. 539.500 (Madhya Pradesh/ Maharastra Border-Pimplagaon- Dhule-Nashik-Gonde )] , No. 6 [excluding from Km. 9.20 to Km. 166.725 (Nagpur-Talegaon -Amra- vati bypass) and Km . 405.000 to Km.485.000 (Raipur - Nagpur sect- ion)] , No. 9 [ excluding from Km. 40.000 to Km. 249.000 (Pune- Solapur section)], No.13 , No.16, No.17 [excluding from Km. 0.000 to Km. 84.000 (Panvel-Indapur) ,No. 50 [excluding from Km . 12.190 to Km. 42.000 (Pune -Nasik section) ] , No. 204 , No. 211 and No.222 as are situated within the State of Maharashtra .
