विषय : - गैर - बासमती चावल के निर्यात पर निषेध बांगलादेश को निर्यात हेतु छूट के संबंध में ।
का.आ. 317 (अ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2009-2014 के पैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास एवं विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा , अधिसूचना सं. 55/2009-2014 दिनांक6-8-2010 के साथ पठित , समय - समय पर यथा- संशोधित अधिसूचना संख्या 38 ( आर ई -2007 ) / 2004-2009 दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 2007 और अधिसूचना संख्या 93 ( आर ई -2007 ) / 2004-09 दिनांक 1 अप्रैल , 2008 के साथ भी पठित अधिसूचना संख्या 03 ( आर ई- 2010 )/ 2009-14 दिनांक 30 अगस्त , 2010 में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. बांग्लादेश को 3,00,000 मी. टन गैर- बासमती चावल के निर्यात की शर्तों से संबंधित अधिसूचना संख्या 03 ( आर ई -2010 )/2009-2014 दिनांक 30 8-2010 के पैरा 3 में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाते हैं :
(i ) पैरा 3 ( i ) में आने वाले " चालू आर्थिक लागत " वाक्यांश को " रियायती लागत " वाक्यांश से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है ।
(ii ) पैरा 3 ( ii ) में आने वाले " सी आई एफ आधार पर निर्यात " वाक्यांश को " सीआईएफ- एलओ आधार पर " वाक्यांश से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है ।
3. समय - समय पर यथा - संशोधित , अधिसूचना सं. 93 ( आर ई -2007 ) / 2004-09 दिनांक 1 अप्रैल , 2008 के साथ पठित अधिसूचना संख्या 03 ( आर ई- 2010 )/ 2009-14 दिनांक 30 अगस्त , 2010 के अन्य सभी प्रावधान अपरिवर्तित रहेंगे तथा लागू रहेंगे ।

NOTIFICATION

Subject: Prohibition on Export of Non -basmati Rice- Exemption for export to Bangladesh regarding S.O. 317( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014, the Central Government hereby makes . with immediate effect , the following amendment to Notification No. 03 ( RE - 2010 )/2009-14 dated 30th August , 2010 read with Notification No. 55 /2009-14 dated 6th August , 2010 and also read with Notification No. 38 ( RE - 2007 ) /2004-09 , dated 15th October , 2007 and Notification No. 93 ( RE - 2007 )/2004-09 dated 1st April , 2008 , as amended from time to time .
2. In para 3 of Notification No. 03 ( RE - 2010 )/2009-14 dated 30th August , 2010 relating to the conditions for export of3,00,000 MTs of non - Basmati rice to Bangladesh , the following amendments are made with immediate effect:
(i ) The phrase " prevalent economic cost " as appearing in para 3 (i ) shall be substituted with " concessional cost" .
( ii) The phrase " export on CIF basis " as appearing in para 3 ( ii ) shall be substituted with " CIF - I.O basis " .
3. All other provisions of Notification No. 03 (RE - 2010 )/2009-14 dated 30th August , 2010 read with Notification No. 93 ( RE - 2007 )/ 2004-09 dated 1st April , 2008 , as amended from time to time, shall remain unchanged , and shall continue to apply.
