फा. सं. 14/3/91-टीपीडी.-दिनांक 4 जनवरी , 2010 को जारी आदेश में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए आम जानकारी हेतु एतद्वारा अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि चीन जन. गण. एवं जापान के मूल के अथवा वहाँ से निर्यातित 1 , 1 , 1 , 2 - टेट्राफ्लोरोईथेन अथवा सभी प्रकार के आर -134 ए के आयातों से संबंधित पाटनरोधी जाँच संबंधी विशिष्ट मामले में अधिसूचना सं. 2 /95- एनटी- सीमा- शुल्क, दिनांक 1 जनवरी , 1995 के अनुसार जारी सीमा- शुल्क टैरिफ ( पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान, उन पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का आकलन एवं संग्रहण तथा क्षति निर्धारण ) नियमावली , 1995 के प्रजोजनार्थ श्री पी. के. चौधरी , अपर सचिव के स्थान पर वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग में संयुक्त सचिव , भारत सरकार सुश्री विजयलक्ष्मी जोशी निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी के कार्य का निर्वहन करेंगी ।

In partial modification of the order dated 4th January, 2010 , it is hereby notified for general information that Ms. Vijaylaxmi Joshi , Joint Secre- tary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Com- merce and Industry , Department of Commerce shall dis- charge the function of the Disignated Authority specific to the case relating to anti - dumping investigation concern- ing imports of 1 , 1 , 1 , 2 - Tetrafluoroethane or R - 134a of all types originating in or exported from China PR and Japan in place of Shri P.K. Chaudhery, Additional Secretary for the purpose of Customs Tariff ( Identification , Assessment and Collection of Anti - dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury ) Rules , 1995 issued as per Notification No. 2/ 95 - NT- Customs , dated 1st January, 1995 .
