सं. 11/2011 - सीमा- शुल्क ( गै.टै. )
का.आ. 332 (अ) .-कस्टम टैरिफ ( क्षति निर्धारण के लिए पाटित वस्तुओं पर प्रतिपाटन शुल्क की पहचान , उसका मूल्यांकन और संग्रहण ) नियमावली , 1995 के नियम 3 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा , भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. 74/2000- सीमा- शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) , दिनांक 12 दिसम्बर , 2000 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , यथा-
उक्तअधिसूचना में " अपर सचिव " शब्दों के स्थान पर " संयुक्त सचिव " शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा ।

No. 11 /2011 -Customs (N.T. )
S.O. 332 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 3 of the Customs Tariff ( Identifica- tion, Assessment and Collection ofAnti - dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury ) Rules , 1995, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 74/2000 -Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 12th December , 2000 , namely: -
In the said notification , for the words " Additional Secretary " , the words " Joint Secretary " shall be substituted .
