No. Conf . 5(2 ) 2003/ Assam/ 35271.-In Gazette Notification No. Conf. 5 ( 2) 2003/Assam/ 19822 , dated 22nd September, 2010 published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) Part III , Section 4 under issue No. 238 , for substitution of existing members at Sl . No. 7 and Sl . No. 13 ofthe original notification dated 30th May, 2009 , in respect of re- constitution of the Regional Committee , EPF for the State of Assam under para 4 ( 1 ) of the Employees Provident Fund Scheme, 1952 , the name of the employees ' representative against Sl . No. 7 may be correctly read as Sri Somesh Biswas instead of Sri Suresh Biswas .
