का.आ. 344(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए विशेष जिला राजस्व अधिकारी (भूमि अर्जन) राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग, तिरुचिरापल्ली को तमिलनाडु राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 227 के 0/000 कि.मी. से 40/150 कि.मी. तक के भूखण्ड के संबंध में उक्त राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के निर्माण (चौडा करने/ पेव्ड शोल्डर के साथ दो लेन का बनाने/ चार लेन का बनाने, आदि) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारीयों के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 14th February, 2011
S.O. 344(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferredby clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby authorizes the Special District Revenue Officer ( LA) , NH , Tiruchirapalli , as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , in respect of the stretch of land from Km . 0/00 to Km . 40/150 of the National Highway No.227 for building (widening / two lane with paved shoulder/ four laning , etc. ), maintenance , management and operation of the said National Highway in the State of Tamil Nadu , as specified in the schedule below:-
