का.आ. 350(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए, उप - कलेक्टर ( राजस्व ) , माही को संघ राज्य क्षेत्र पुदुच्चेरी के माही क्षेत्र में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 17 ( नया राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 66 ) के 184/600 कि.मी. से 186/105 कि.मी. तक के भू- खंड के संबंध में उक्त राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग का बाईपासों के सन्निर्माण सहित, यदि कोई हो, निर्माण (चौड़ा करने/चार लेन का बनाने आदि) , अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन हेतु उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th February, 2011
S.O. 350 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) ofSection 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Deputy Collector (Revenue), Mahe, as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification inthe Official Gazette, in respect ofthe stretch of land from km. 184/600 to km . 186/105 ofNational Highway No. 17 (New National Highway No. 66) for building (widening/ four laning , etc. ) , maintenance , management and operation of the said National Highway, including construction of bypass , if any in the Mahe region of the Union Territory of Puducherry.
