का.आ. 1987(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 939( अ ) , तारीख 9 अप्रैल , 2009 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप -खण्ड ( ii ) तारीख 9 अप्रैल , 2009 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है अर्थात्:-
S.O. 1987 (E) .- In exercise ofthe powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.O 939 (E) , dated the 9th April , 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section ( ii), dated the 9thApril, 2009, namely:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में , जिला " खीरी " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने , तालुक " मोहम्मदी " के सामने , कॉलम (7) में, प्रविष्टि " ( 4 ) ढ़ढौलिया " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " (4) डुडौलिया" प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
Inthe Scheduleto the said notification, against serial number 3 relating to District " Khiri " , against Taluk "Mohammdi" , in column (7) , for the entry "(4) Dhadholiya" , the entry "(4) Dudauliya " shall be substituted.
