( नए रबड़ उप- कर का अधिरोपण )
का.आ. 2020( अ). रबड़ अधिनियम, 1947 ( 1947 का 24) की धारा 12 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और वाणिज्य मंत्रालय , गारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 740( अ ) , दिनांक 31 अगस्त , 1998 को उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 1 सितम्बर, 2011 को उस तारीख के रूप में निर्धारित करती है , जिससे रबड़ पर केवल दो रुपए प्रति किलोग्राम ( 2.00 रुपए प्रतिकि. ग्रा. ) की दर से उत्पाद शुल्क , भारत में उत्पादित समस्त रबड़ पर उप-कर के रूप में लगाया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 29th August, 2011
(Imposing of new rubber cess )
S.O. 2020(E ). In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section ( 1) of Section 12 of Rubber Act, 1947 (24 of 1947) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce number S.O. 740(E), dated 31st August, 1998 , except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st September, 2011 as the date from which the duty of excise at the rate of rupee two only per kilogram (Rs . 2.00 per kg .) , of rubber shall be levied as cess on all rubber produced in India .
