S.O. 2023 (E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub -section (3) of Section 58 and sub- section 3 (a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 , the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 1237 (E) , dated 31-5-2011 had allowed relaxation in per axle load, GVW and dimension in respect of five hydraulic trailer of M/s. Darshan Roadlines Private Ltd. , Gurgaon : In the column "Maximum Per Axle Load (in Kgs . )" of the above ... Notification , the weight may be read as 26,000 in place of 18,000 and corresponding weight in the column " Weight/ Gross(Kgs .) " maybe read as 1,56,000; 1,04,000 and 52,000 inplace of 1,08,000; 72,000 and 36,000, respectively.
का.आ. 2023( अ), मोटरयान अधिनियम , 1988 की धारा 58 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) एवं धारा 110 की उप- धारा 3 ( अ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार ने दिनांक 31-5-2011 की राजपत्र अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1237( अ ) के द्वारा मै. दर्शन रोडलाइंस प्राईवेट लि. , गुड़गांव के पाँच ट्रेलर के लिए प्रति धुरी भार , सकल वाहन भार एवं माप में छूट प्रदान की थी । उक्त अधिसूचना के स्तम्भ" प्रति धुरी अधिकतम लदान भार ( कि.ग्रा. ) " में भार 18,000 की जगह 26,000 पढ़ा जाए एवं तद्नुसार स्तम्भ " भार/सकल (कि.ग्रा. ) " में 1,08,000; 72,000 एवं 36,000 भार की जगह क्रमश: 1,56,000; 1,04,000 एवं 52,000 भार पढ़ा जाए।
