सा.का.नि. 657(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत- तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 का 35 ) की धारा 156 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड ( खं ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत - तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल , पैरा चिकित्सा काडर ( समूह ' क', ' ख ' और ' ग ' पद ) भर्ती नियम , 2010 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है; अर्थात्:
G.S.R. 657 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b ) ofsub- section (2) ofSection 156 ofthe Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Indo -Tibetan Border Police Force, Para Medical Cadre (Group ' A' , ' B ' and ' C' Posts ) Recruitment Rules , 2010, namely:-
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Indo -Tibetan BorderPolice Force , Para Medical Cadre (Group 'A' , ' B' and ' C' Posts) Recruitment Amendment Rules , 2011 .
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारत- तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल , पैरा चिकित्सा काडर ( समूह ' क' , ' ख 'व्यौर ' ग' पद) भर्ती संशोधन नियम, 2011 है ।
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
होंगे । (2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त
2. In the Schedule to the Indo - Tibetan Border Police Force , Para Medical Cadre (Group ' A' , ' B ' and ' C ' Posts) Recruitment Rules , 2010 , against serial number 5 relating to thepost ofAssistant Sub- Inspector (Pharmacist ), in column (8), under sub-heading " Essential " , against serial number 2 and the entry relating thereto, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :-
2. भारत- तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल , पैरा चिकित्सा काडर (समूह ' क' , ' ख' और ' ग ' पद ) भर्ती नियम , 2010 की अनुसूची में , सहायक उप- निरीक्षक ( भेषजज्ञ ) के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 5 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 8 ) में, " आवश्यक " उपशीर्षक के नीचे , क्रम संख्यांक 2 के सामने और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्:-
"2. Diploma in Pharmacy from any Central/State Government institution or any institution recognised by Central/State Government ." .
" 2. केन्द्रीय सरकार/ राज्य सरकार के किसी संस्थान या केन्द्रीय सरकार/ राज्य सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त किसी संस्थान से भेषजी में डिप्लोमा । "
