सा.का.नि. 658(अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 21/2002-सीमा- शुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 , सा.का. नि. 118 ( अ ) , तारीख 1 मार्च , 2002 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित हुई थी , में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
प्रस्तावना में, परन्तुक में, खण्ड (ड ) में, अक्षर शब्द और अंक " 1 सितम्बर , 2011 के स्थान पर अक्षर, शब्द और अंक " 1 दिसम्बर , 2011 " प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

GS. R. 658(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 25 ofthe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 21/2002- Customs , dated the 1st March, 2002 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub -section (i ) vide number GS.R. 118 (E), dated the 1st March, 2002 , namely :-
Inthe preamble, in the proviso , in clause (m) for the figures and words " 1st day of September , 2011 " , the figures and words " 1st day of December , 2011 " shall be substituted .

Note: The principal notification No. 21 /2002- Customs , dated the 1st March , 2002 , was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R 118 (E) , dated the 1st March , 2002 and was last amended by notification No. 78 /2011 - Customs , dated the 19thAugust, 2011 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i) vide number G.S.R. 632 (E), dated the 19th August , 2011 .
