का.आ. 2032 ( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार चाय नियम, 1954 के नियम 4 और 5 के साथ पठित चाय अधिनियम, 1953 ( 1953 का 29 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 31 मार्च , 2014 तक चाय बोर्ड के सदस्यों के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और निदेश देती है कि भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय ( चाय नियंत्रण ) की अधिसूचना सं. का.नि.आ. 944 , तारीख 17 मार्च , 1954 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन किए जाएंगे , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , क्रम संख्या 23 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st September , 2011
S.O. 2032 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) ofSection 4 of the Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953 ), read with rules 4 and 5 of the Tea Rules , 1954 , the Central Government hereby appoints the following person as Member of the Tea Board, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette up to the 31st day ofMarch , 2014 and direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Tea Control ), number S.R.O. 944 , dated the 17th day of March , 1954, namely:-
In the said notification , for serial number 23 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
