का.आ. 2033 (अ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2009-2014 के पैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास एवं विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 5 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई टी सी (एचएस ) वर्गीकरण की अनुसूची- I ( आयात ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
2. अध्याय -25 के अंत में आयात लाइसेंसिंग टिप्पणी संख्या ( 4 ) को संशोधित करके निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगा :
' ( 4 ) भूटान से अध्याय -25 और 68 के तहत वर्गीकृत, संगमरमर का आयात , 10 लाख वर्ग फुट ( 5882 मी.टन ) के सम्मिलित वार्षिक कोटे के अधीन होगा । कोटा तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा और वित्तीय वर्ष के आधार पर लागू होगा । कोटे की निगरानी तथा आबंटन भूटान सरकार द्वारा किया जाएगा । '
3. अध्याय-68 के अंत में आयात लाइसेंसिंग टिप्पणी संख्या ( 2 ) को संशोधित करके निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगा :
' (2 ) भूटान से अध्याय-25 और 68 के तहत वर्गीकृत, संगमरमर का आयात , 10 लाख वर्ग फुट ( 5882 मी.टन ) के सम्मिलित वार्षिक कोटे के अधीन होगा । कोटा तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा और वित्तीय वर्ष के आधार पर लागू होगा । कोटे की निगरानी तथा आबंटन भूटान सरकार द्वारा किया जाएगा । '
4. इस अधिसूचना का प्रभाव:
भूटान से संगमरमर के आयात का वार्षिक कोटा 5882 मी.टन होगा । पहले यह 1847 मी.टन था ।

S.O. 2033 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 ofthe Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with Paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Schedule - I (Imports ) to the ITC ( HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items.
2. Import Licensing Note No. (4) at the end ofChapter 25, will be amended to read as under:
"(4) Import ofMarble, classified under Chapters 25 and 68, from Bhutan shall be subject to a combined annual quota of 10 lakh sq . ft (5882 MT) . The quota shall come into effect immediately and shall operate on a financial year basis .Monitoring and allocation of the quota shall be made by the Government of Bhutan. " 3. Import Licensing Note No. (2) at the end of Chapter 68, will be amended to read as under:
"(2) Import ofMarble , classified under Chapters 25 and 68 , from Bhutan shall be subject to a combined annual quota of 10 lakh sq. ft (5882 MT). The quota shall come into effect immediately and shall operate on a financial year basis. Monitoring and allocation of the quota shall be made by the Governmentof Bhutan . " 4. The effect ofthis Notification :
The annual quota for import of marble from Bhutan will now be 5882 MTs . Previously it was 1847 MTs .
