The Central Govt, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building, maintenance, management and operation of NH No. 92, in the stretch of land from 0.00 0 km. to 22.000 km. in the District of Gwalior in the State of Madhya Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
