का.आ. 2042(अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , कारखाना अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 63 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( ढ ) के पहले परन्तुक के खण्ड ( iii ) के अनुसरण में घोषणा करती है कि निम्नलिखित सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट व्यक्ति , जो उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित कारखाने के कार्यकलापों का प्रबंध करने के लिए नियुक्त किए गए हैं , उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए अधिष्ठाता समझे जाएंगे , अर्थात्:-

S.O. 2042 (E) . In pursuance of clause ( iii) ofthe first proviso to clause (n) of Section 2 of the FactoriesAct, 1948 (63 of 1948) , the Central Government hereby declares that the person mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the following Table appointed to manage the affairs of the factory mentioned in corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table shall be deemed to be the occupier for the purposes ofthe said Act, namely:-
