का.आ. 2046(अ).-जबकि भारत सरकार, श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय ने दिनांक 28-2-2011 कीअपनीअधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 456(अ ) , नई दिल्ली द्वारा कर्नाटक उच्च न्यायालय के पूर्व न्यायाधीश श्री पी. विश्वनाथ शेट्टी ( सेवानिवृत्त ) को 6-5-2010 को मैसर्स साउथ ईस्टर्न कोलफील्ड्स लिमिटेड, अंजन हिल की कोयला खान में हुई बड़ी दुर्घटना के कारणों और परिस्थितियों की जांच- पड़ताल करने और तीन माह की अवधि के भीतर अर्थात 28-5-2011 तक जांच रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने , जिसे अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1304 ( अ ) , दिनांक 7-6-2011 द्वारा बढ़ाकर 27-8-2011 तक कर दिया गया था , के लिएनियुक्त किया गया था ।
और जबकि जांच- पड़ताल करने तथा रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के लिए अवधि बढ़ाना आवश्यक हो गया है ।
अतः , अब, केन्द्र सरकार इस अवधि को 28-8-2011 से 27-9-2011 तक, एक माह की और अवधि अथवा जांच रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत किए जाने के दिन/तारीख , जो भी पहले हो , तक के लिए बढ़ाती. है। तदनुसार, जांच- पड़ताल करने और रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के लिए अध्यक्ष , न्यायाधीश श्री पी. विश्वनाथ शेट्टी ( सेवानिवृत्त ) पूर्व न्यायाधीश , उच्च न्यायालय , कर्नाटक की नियुक्ति की अवधि तथा श्री शिव कुमार दुबे, महासचिव , भारतीय कोयला खादान मजदूर संघ और श्री सतीन्द्र कुमार , मुख्य कारखाना निरीक्षक की मूल्यांकक के रूप में नियुक्ति की अवधि भी एक महीने अर्थात् 28-8-2011 से 27-9-2011 अथवा जांच रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत किए जाने के दिन/तारीख , जो भी पहले हो , तक के लिए बढ़ाई जाती है ।

S.O. 2046(E) .-Whereas the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment in their notification S.O. 456 ( E) , New Delhi dated 28-2-2011 appointed Shri Justice P. Vishwanatha Shetty, (Retd. ) Former Judge ofHigh Court of Karnataka to go into causes and circumstances of the major accident which occurred 6-5-2010 atAnjan Hill Mine ofM/ s . South Eastern Coalfields Limited and present a report within a period of three months i.e. up to 28-5-2011 , which was extended up to 27-8-2011 vide notification S.O. 1304(E) dated 7-6-2011 .
And whereas it has become necessary to extend the period within which the Enquiry is to be conducted and report presented:
Now, therefore, the Central Government do hereby extend this duration for a further period of one month from 28-8-2011 up to 27-9-2011 or till the day/date on which the report of the Enquiry is submitted, whichever is earlier. Accordingly, the period of appointment of Chairman, Shri Justice P. Vishwanatha Shetty, (Retd .) Former Judge , High Court, Karnataka to conduct the Inquiry and present the report and the period of Shri Shiv Kumar Dubey, General Secretary, Bharatiya Koyala Khadan Mazdoor Sangh and Shri Satinder Kumar, Ex - Chief Inspector of Mines , as assessors is also extended for a further period ofone month from 28-8-2011 up to 27-9-2011 or till theday/ date on which the report of the Enquiry is submitted, whichever is earlier .
