सा.का.नि. 663(अ).अभिहित प्राधिकारी ने, चाइना पीआर, ईयू, जापान , कोरिया, साऊथ अफ्रीका, ताईवान , थाईलैंड और संयुक्त राज्य अमरीका ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् संबद्ध देश भी कहा गया है ) में मूलतः उद्गमित या वहां से निर्यातित स्टेनलेस स्टील के सभी श्रेणी के 600 मि.मी. से 1250 मि.मी. तक चौड़ाई वाले कोल्ड रोल्ड फ्लैट उत्पादों, जिन पर आगे कार्य करके 4 मि.मी. की मोटाई में कोल्ड रोल ( कोल्ड रियूस्ड ) , जो कि सीमा- शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त सीमा- शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम भी कहा गया है ) की पहली अनुसूचीके उप-शीर्ष 7219 के अंतर्गत आते हैं, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 14/2010-सीमा- शुल्क, तारीख 20 फरवरी , 2010 , जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II , खंड 3 ,. उप-खंड ( i ) , में सा.का.नि. 95(अ ) तारीख 20 फरवरी, 2010 द्वारा प्रकाशित के तहत प्रतिपाटन शुल्क अधिरोपित किया गया था;
2. जबकि, अभिहित प्राधिकारी के अंतिम जाँच परिणाम ( मध्यावधि समीक्षा ) के आधार पर अधिसूचना सं. 15/16/2009 -डीजीएडी, तारीख 8 जून, 2011 , उक्त सीमा- शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम की धारा 9क की उप- धारा ( 1 ) तथा ( 5 ) तथा

(1) सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ ( पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान , उस पर प्रतिपाटित शुल्क का निर्धारण और संग्रहण तथा क्षति का अवधारण ) नियम, 1995 ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त नियम भी कहां गया है ) के नियम 18 और 23 के तहत, अधिसूचना सं. 14/2010- सीमा- शुल्क, तारीख 20 फरवरी , 2010, भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण, भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( i ) सा.का.नि. 95( अ ) तारीख 20 फरवरी, 2010 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, पैरा 1 में, सारणी के पश्चात, निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
" (क) स्टेनलेस स्टील के कोल्ड रोल्ड फ्लैट उत्पाद की विनिर्दिष्ट चौड़ाई 1000 मि.मी. या ज्यादा लेकिन 1250 मि.मी. से अधिक नहीं, चौड़ाई की सहिष्णुता ( + ) 30 मि.मी. मिल एज पर लागू होगी ।
(ख) स्टेनलेस स्टील के कोल्ड रोल्ड फ्लैट उत्पाद की विनिर्दिष्ट चौड़ाई 1000 मि.मी. से ज्यादा लेकिन 1250 मि. मी. से अधिक नहीं, चौड़ाई की सहिष्णुता (+ ) 4 मि.मी. ट्रिम धार पर लागू होगी । "

NOTIFICATION

GS.R. 663 (E) .- Whereas , in the matter of import ofCold-Rolled Flat products of Stainless Steel ofthe width of600 mm up to 1250 mm ofall series further worked then Cold-Rolled(cold reduced) with a thickness ofup to 4 mm, originating in or exported from China PR, Japan , Korea, EuropeanUnion, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand and USA, (hereinafter referred to as the subject goods ), falling under heading 7219 of the First Schedule of the Custom Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), originating in or exported from China PR, EU, Japan, Korea, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand and USA, (hereinafter referred to as the subject countries) , the Central Government had imposed anti - dumping duty on the subject goods , vide notification No. 14/2010 -Customs. dated 20th February, 2010 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub - section (i) vide number GS.R. 95 (E) , dated the 20th February, 2010 .
2. Whereas , on the basis of the Final Findings (Mid-Term Review) Notification No.15 /16/2009 -DGAD, dated 8th June , 2011 of the designated authority, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- sections ( 1 ) and (5) of Section 9A of the said Customs Tariff Act , read with rules

18 and 23 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection ofAnti -dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government , hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance (Department of Revenue) , No. 14/2010-Customs, riatede 20th February, 2010 , published in the Gazette of India, traordinary vide number GS.R. 95 (E ) , dated the 20th February, 2010, namely :--
Inthe said notification, in para 1 , after the Table , the following shall be inserted , namely :--
"(a) Width tolerance of ( +) 30 mm shall apply to Milledged, Cold - rolled flat products of stainless steel of specified width of 1000 mm or more but not exceeding 1250 mm .
(b) Width tolerance of (+ ) 4 mm shall apply to Trim edged Cold rolled flat products of stainless steel of specified width exceeding 1000 mm but not exceeding 1250 mm . "
