सं. 64/2011-सीमा- शुल्क ( गै. टै. )
का.आ. 2048(अ) .-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) और ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 63/ 1994-सीमा- शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) , दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में, बंगलादेश भू- सीमांत से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 2 के समक्ष कॉलम 3 और 4 में वर्तमान प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथा :

टिप्पण:-मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण में अधिसूचना सं. 63/1994- सीमा शुल्क ( गै. टै. ) , दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 [ का.आ. 830(अ ) , दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 ] के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी तथा अंतिम बार अधिसूचना सं. 61 /2011-सीमा- शुल्क (गै.टै. ) , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 2011 [ का.आ. 1964 (अ) , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 2011 ] के तहत संशोधित की गई थी ।

S.O. 2048 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and ( c) of sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) , No. 63/ 1994- Customs (N.T. ), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:--
Inthe said notification , in the Table, against serial number 2 relating to the land frontier ofBangladesh , in columns 3 and 4, after the existing entries, the following entries shall be inserted , namely:-
