सा.का.नि. 680(अ).-सीमित देयता भागीदारी अधिनियम , 2008 ( 2009 का 6 ) की धारा 79 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) तथा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा सीमित देयता भागीदारी नियम , 2009 में आगे संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है :
1. लघु शीर्षक एवं प्रारंभण
( 1 ) इन नियमों को सीमित देयता भागीदारी ( द्वितीय संशोधन ) नियम, 2011 कहा जाएगा ।
( 2 ) ये नियम दिनांक 15 सितम्बर , 2011 से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. सीमित देयता भागीदारी नियम , 2009 में प्रपत्र 8 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रपत्र प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , नामतः :-

हम घोषणा करने से पहले नवीनतम व्यवहारिक तारीख होने के कारण.. के अनुसार आस्तियां और दायित्वओं तथा............. आय एवं व्यय का एक विवरण संलग्न करते है । .(दिन/माह /वर्ष ) .( दिन/माह / वर्ष ) को समाप्त अवधि हेतु
हम वित्तीय वर्ष के दौरान प्रभारों के सृजन अथवा उपांतरण अथवा तत्संबंधी संतुष्टि को दर्शाने वाले एक विवरण को संलग्न करते हैं ।
हम यह घोषणा करते हैं कि टर्न ओवर 40 लाख रुपए से अधिक नहीं है है अथवा अभिदाय 25 लाख रुपए से अधिक नहीं हुआ था ० हुआ था ० । भागीदारों / प्राधिकृत प्रतिनिधियों ने पर्याप्त लेखांकन अभिलेखों के अनुरक्षण और एलएलपी अधिनियम तथा उसके अंतर्गत बनाए गए भारत का राजपत्र असाधारण

नियमों के उपबंधों के अनुसार लेखे को तैयार करने के लिए उचित ध्यान दिया है तथा उत्तरदायित्व निभाया है ।

G.S.R. 680 ( E ) .--- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) and (2 ) of section 79 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules , further to amend the Limited Liability Partnership Rules . 2009 namely : -
1. Short title and commencement.-
(1) These rules may be called the Limited Liability Partnership (Second Amendment) Rules , 2011 .
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the 15th September, 2011 .
2. In the Limited Liability Partnership Rules , 2009 , for Form 8 , the following Form shall be substituted , namely: - 13
