का.आ. 2089(अ) , केन्द्रीय सरकार , शासकीय राजपत्र में का. आ. 446 (अ ) , दिनांक 25 फरवरी , 2011 के तहत प्रकाशित इस विभाग की अधिसूचना के अनुक्रम में , भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो नियम , 1987 के नियम 3 और नियम 4 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित , भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 63 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित को इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से 2 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है: - राज्य सरकारों और संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के प्रतिनिधि
-सदस्य 1. केरल राज्य के , गुणवत्ता और मानकों पर प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण रखने वाले विभाग के प्रभारी मंत्री
-सदस्य 2. उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के , गुणवत्ता और मानकों पर प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण रखने वाले विभाग के प्रभारी मंत्री
-सदस्य 3. राजस्थान राज्य के , गुणवत्ता और मानकों पर प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण रखने वाले विभाग के प्रभारी मंत्री
-सदस्य 4. बिहार राज्य के , गुणवत्ता और मानकों पर प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण रखने वाले विभाग के प्रभारी मंत्री

S.O. 2089 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986 (63 of1986) read with rule 3 and sub -rule ( 1) ofrule 4 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Rules , 1987, the Central Government , in continuation of this Department's Notification published in the Official Gazette vide S.O. 446(E) , dated 25th February, 2011 hereby appoints the following as members of the Bureau of Indian Standards for a period of two years with effect from the date of publication of this notification :
Representatives from the State Governments and the Union Territories
-Member 1. Minister - in charge of the Department having administrative control over quality and standards of State of Kerala .
-Member 2. Minister - in charge of the Department having administrative control over quality and standards of State of Uttar Pradesh .
-Member 3. Minister - in charge of the Department having administrative control over quality and standards of State of Rajasthan.
-Member 4. Minister- in charge of the Department having administrative control over quality and standards of State of Bihar.
