सा.का.नि. 684(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट अधिनियम , 1949 ( 1949 का 38 ) की धारा 28क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , एतद्वारा कॉर्पोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय की दिनांक 19 जनवरी , 2011 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 38 ( अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्या (3 ) तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , नामतः:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 14th September, 2011
G.S.R. 684(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 28A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs , number G.S.R. 38 (E) , dated the
19th January, 2011 .
2. In the said notification, for serial No. (3 ) and entries thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
