का.आ. 2087(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , कीटनाशी अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 46 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन खाद्य , कृषि , सामुदायिक विकास और सहकारिता मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 301 , तारीख 27 फरवरी; 1971 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:--
उक्त अधिसूचना में, -
( 1 ) मद सं. ( xvi ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

(इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशने की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए ) । "

S.O. 2087 (E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Insecticides Act , 1968 (46 of 1968 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation , number G.S.R. 301 , dated the 27th February, 1971 , namely:-
In the said notification , :--
(1 ) for item (xvi) and the entries relating thereto , the following item and entries shall be substituted , namely :-
"(xvi)
