Kaushik, shall, in addition to his duties and functions as Senior Government Advocate and in-charge of the Branch Secretariat, Mumbai, Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice, exercise the powers and discharge the functions conferred or imposed on the Tribunal by or under the said Act.
