का.आ. 2097(अ).-पशु संक्रामक एवं संसर्गजन्य रोग निवारण एवं रोकथाम अधिनियम , 2009 ( 2009 का 27 ) के खण्ड । के उप- खंड ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा 20 सितम्बर , 2011 को एक ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित करती है जिस पर उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंध उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में लागू किए जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi, the 19th September, 2011
S.O. 2097 (E). In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub -section (2) of Section 1 of the Prevention and Control ofInfectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009), the Central Government hereby appoints the 20th day of September, 2011 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force in the State of Uttar Pradesh .
