आ.अ. 42(अ). लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 22 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्वारा निदेश देता है कि आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लिए रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर की सहायता के लिए सहायक रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर की नियुक्ति से संबंधित समय -समय पर यथासंशोधित अपनी अधिसूचना सं. 434/ आंध्र प्रदेश/2008 ( 1 ) , दिनांक 22-7-2008 में आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया जाएगा, अर्थात्
उक्तअधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में स्तम्भ ( 1 ) की यथा दर्शित 5-जहीराबाद संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टि" जिला सहकारी अधिकारी निजामाबाद " के स्थान पर " अपर संयुक्त कलक्टर, निजामाबाद " के द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

Ο.Ν. 42 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby directs that the following further amendments shall be made, in its Notification No. 434/AP/2008 ( 1 ) , dated 22-7-2008 as amended from time to time relating to the appointment ofAssistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officer for Parliamentary Constituency in the State ofAndhra Pradesh , namely :--
In the column (2) of the table appended to the said notification, the existing entry "District Cooperative Officer, Nizamabad " against 5 - Zaheerabad Parliamentary Constituency as shown in column ( 1 ), shall be substituted by the entry "Additional Joint Collector, Nizamabad" .
