का.आ. 2116(अ) .- राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण , भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 637 ( अ ) , तारीख 4 सितम्बर , 1997 के साथ पठित औषध ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 3 के उप-पैरा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय , औषध विभाग , राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण के आदेश सं. का.आ. 1047( अ ) , तारीख 24 अप्रैल , 2009 को जहां तक उनका सम्बन्ध आईडोक्लोरोहाइ- ड्रोक्सीक्वीनोलिन ( आईसीएचक्यू) से है , उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्त करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण के पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है , नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट कीमत को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रपुंज औषधि का अधिकतम विक्रय कीमत ( उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर को छोड़कर ) नियत करती है जिस पर वह बेची जाएगी ।

2. ये कीमतें/परिशोधित कीमतें औषध ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 14 के उप -पैरा ( 1 ) के तहत इस आदेश की तिथि के 15 दिन के अन्दर लागू होगी । औषध (कीमत नियंत्रण ) 1995 के पैरा 14 के उप - पैरा ( 3 ) के तहत कीमत सूची भी जारी की जाएगी ।

New Delhi , the 20th September , 2011
S.O. 2116 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers , conferred by sub - paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control ) Order, 1995 read with the notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 637 ( E) , dated the September 4 , 1997 and in supersession of the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers ( National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority ) S.O. number 1047 ( E ) dated 24th April , 2009 , in so far as it relates to lodochlorohydroxyquinoline ( ICHQ ) , except in respect to things done or om itted to be done before such supersession , the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) of the Table given below as the maximum sale price (exclusive of excise duty and local taxes ) at which the bulk drug specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 2 ) thereof shall be sold .
