का.आ. 2100(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 1533 ( अ) , तारीख 14 सितम्बर , 2006 के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार , पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2551 ( अ ) , तारीख 12 अक्तूबर, 2010 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र में ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त राजपत्र अधिसूचना कहा गया है ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , " राज्य विशेषज्ञ मूल्यांकन समिति , उत्तर प्रदेश का गठन " से संबंधित पैरा 4 के अधीन क्रम संख्यांक 10 पर, दूसरे स्तंभ में विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, " निदेशक ( पर्यावरण ) , पर्यावरण निदेशालय , उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार " प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी ।

MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND FORESTS NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th September , 2011
S.O.2100(E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection)Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance ofthe notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests , number S.O. 1533 (E) , dated the 14th September, 2006, the Central Government herebymakes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Environment and Forests , published in the Gazette of India vide S.O. 2551 (E) , dated 12th October, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification), namely,-
In the said notification under Para 4 relating to "constitution of State Expert Appraisal Committee, Uttar Pradesh" , at Serial No. 10, in the second column, for the existing entries , the entries " Director (Environment) , Environment Directorate, Government of Uttar Pradesh " shall be substituted .
