सा.का.नि. 721 (अ ) महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित तालिका में क्रम सं. 1 और 2 के सामने उल्लिखित व्यक्तियों को दिनांक 31-3-2012 तक अथवा गुप्त मत चुनाव किए जाने/उसके परिणाम घोषित होने तक, जो भी पहले हो, जवाहरलाल नेहरू पत्तन न्यास के बोर्ड में न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और उन्हें उसी बोर्ड में अधिसूचित करती है , अर्थात्:---

GS.R. 721 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section ( 1) read with sub - section (6 ) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the persons mentioned against serial number 1 and 2 in the Table below to be trustees on the Board of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust up to 31-3-2012 or till the holding/result of Secret Ballot election whichever is earlier and notifies the same :-
