सं. यू-23013 /22 /2011 - एल.डब्ल्यू.-ठेका श्रम (विनियमन एवं उत्सादन ) अधिनियम , 1970 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड, इंडियन ऑयल कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड , वर्ल्ड ट्रेड सेन्टर , बाबर रोड , नई दिल्ली के प्रतिष्ठान में ठेका श्रम उन्मूलन के प्रश्न की जांच करने के लिए एतद्वारा एक समिति गठित करता है ।
2. समिति का संघटन और इसके विचारार्थ विषय निम्नवत् होंगे :-
-सदस्य (1 ) श्री राखल दास गुप्ता ,

3. प्रस्तावित समिति के विचारार्थ विषय निम्नवत् होंगे :-
"इंडियन ऑयल कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड, वर्ल्ड ट्रेड सेन्टर,
बाबर रोड, नई दिल्ली के प्रतिष्ठानों में चौकीदारी/गार्ड के कार्यों में ठेका श्रम प्रणाली के कार्यकरण का अध्ययन करना और इस संबंध में

उपयुक्त सिफारिशें करना कि क्या ठेका श्रम ( विनियमन एवं उत्सादन) अधिनियम, 1970 की धारा 10 के उपबंधों के दृष्टिगत उक्त प्रतिष्ठानों में उपर्युक्त कार्यों में ठेका श्रम का नियोजन प्रतिषिद्ध किया जाए अथवा नहीं । "
4. समिति का मुख्यालय , नई दिल्ली में होगा । समिति को अपनी रिपोर्ट तीन माह के अंदर प्रस्तुत करनी चाहिए ।

(Central Advisory Contract Labour Board) RESOLUTION
New Delhi , the 28th September, 2011
No. U -23013/22/2011 -LW.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 , the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to go into the question of abolition of contract labour in the establishment of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, World Trade Centre, Babar Road, New Delhi .
2. The Composition of the Committee and its terms of reference will be as under :-

3. The terms ofreference ofthe proposed Committee would be as follows :-
"To study the working of contract labour system in jobs of watch/guard in the establishments of Indian Oil
[PART I-SEC . 1 ] ,
Corporation Limited , World Trade Centre , Babar Road , New Delhi and to make suitable recommendations whether or not the employment of contract labour in the above jobs/ works in the said establishments be prohibited keeping in view the provisions of Section 10 of the Contract Labour ( Regulation and Abolition ) Act, 1970" .
4. The Headquarter of the Committee will be at New Delhi . The Committee should submit its report within three months .
