का.आ. 2245(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , सिक्का निर्माण अधिनियम , 1906 ( 1906 का 3 ) की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह अवधारित करती है कि :-
(क) " भारतीय नागर विमानन शताब्दी वर्ष " के अवसर का स्मरणोत्सव मनाने के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार के प्राधिकार के अधीन जारी करने के लिए टकसाल में निम्नलिखित अंकित मूल्य के सिक्कों का निर्माण भी किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
( 1 ) एक सौ रुपये;
(2) पांच रुपये;
( ख ) उपरोक्त अंकित मूल्य के सिक्के , निम्नलिखित विमाओं , डिजाइन और सम्मिश्रण के अनुरूप होंगे , अर्थात्:-

मुख भाग
सिक्के के मुख भाग पर मध्य में अशोक स्तंभ का सिंह शीर्ष होगा जिसके नीचे " सत्यमेव जयते " अनुश्रुति अंतर्लिखित होगी , उसकी बांई परिधि पर हिन्दी में " भारत " शब्द और दांई परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में " INDIA " शब्द होगा । इस पर सिंह शीर्ष के नीचे अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंकित मूल्य " ₹ 100 " भी होगा ।
पृष्ठ भाग
सिक्केके इस भाग पर " वायुयान " का चित्र तथा अंक " 100 " और उसके मध्य में " YEARS " शब्द होगा । इसकी ऊपरी परिधि पर हिन्दी में " भारतीय नागर विमानन शताब्दी वर्ष " और अंक " 100 " के नीचे अंग्रेजी में " CIVIL AVIATION " तथा " INDIA " शब्द होंगे । नीचे अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंकों में वर्ष " 1911-2011 " दर्शाए जाएंगे ।
2. पांच रुपये
मुख भाग

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th September , 2011
S.O. 2245 ( E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Coinage Act, 1906 (3 of 1906 ) , the Central Government hereby determines that :-
(a) the coins of the following denominations shall also be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Governmentto commemorate the occasion of " 100 Years of Civil Aviation in India " , namely :--
(1 ) One Hundred Rupees ;
(2) Five Rupees;
(b) the coins of the above denominations shall conform to the following dimensions , designs and composition, namely :-

Obverse
The face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend " सत्यमेव जयते" inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word " भारत" in Hindi and on the right periphery with the word " INDIA" in English . It shall also bear the denominational value " 100 " in International Numerals below the Lion Capitol .
Reverse
The face of the coin shall bear the picture of an Aircraft and figure " 100 " with words " YEARS " in the center flanked by words " " भारतीय नागर विमानन शताब्दी वर्ष " on upper periphery and " CIVIL AVIATION" followed by " INDIA " below the figure " 100 " . The year " 1911-2011 " shall be shown at the bottom , in International Numerals .
2. FIVE RUPEES
Obverse
