का.आ. 2265 (अ) .केन्द्रीय सरकार, महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 42 ) की अनुसूची 1 के पैरा 1 के उप- पैरा ( ix ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राज्य सरकारों के परामर्श से , राज्य सरकार की स्कीमों में निम्नलिखित कार्य को सम्मिलित किए जाने के लिए अधिसूचित करती है, अर्थात्: -
भारत सरकार के पेयजल और स्वच्छता मंत्रालय के पूर्ण स्वच्छता अभियान के अनुरूपं तथा केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा समय- समय पर जारी किए गए मार्गदर्शक सिद्धांतों या अनुदेशों के अनुसार स्वच्छता सुविधाओं तक पहुंच ।

S.O. 2265(E ) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub- paragraph ( ix) of Paragraph 1 of the Schedule 1 of the MahatmaGandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (42 of 2005 ) , the Central Government , in consultation with the State Governments , hereby notifies the following work to be included in the Schemes of the State Government, namely :-
Access to sanitation facilities in convergence with the Total Sanitation Campaign of the Ministry of Drinking

Water and Sanitation in the Government of India and in accordance with the guidelines or instructions issued by the Central Government from time to time .

का.आ. 2266(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 42 ) की धारा 29 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक और समीचीन है, उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची 2 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:
2. उक्त अनुसूची में , पैरा 7 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पैरा रखा जाएगा; अर्थात्:
" 7.. स्वच्छता सुविधाओं तक पहुंच से संबंधित उन कार्यों से भिन्न, जिनके लिए कार्य के लिए आवेदन कम से कम छह दिन के निरंतर कार्य का होना चाहिए, कार्य के लिए आवेदन कम से कम चौदह दिनों के निरंतर कार्य के लिए होना चाहिए । " ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th September, 2011
S.O. 2266(E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 29 of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act , 2005 (42 of 2005), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary and expedient to do so , hereby makes the following further amendments in the Schedule II to the said Act, namely :-
2. In the said Schedule , for paragraph 7 , the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely :-
[PART II-SEC. 3(ii) ]
"7. Application for work must be for at least fourteen days of continuous work , other than the works relating to access to sanitation facilities , for which application for work must be for at least six days of continuous work . " .
